• Post Excavation activity gets completed drilling work is in the process to start with Hilti Grouting for shear key fixing as per design.
• Once Shear key as fixed with Hilti grout, bottom reinforcement steel is laid as per design & shear keys are bent with bottom steel to make the system work together as per design.
• Post completion of fixing of bottom reinforcement, shear key installation for column gets started for vertical reinforcement steel erection & assembling as per design.
• Once top & vertical reinforcement steel is fixed as per design concreting work of footing started,
• Once footing concreting gets over, Formwork fixing of the column to do concreting is next activity.
• Once column concreting gets over, erection & fixing of vertical I sections get started which is prepared with a painting of red oxide i.e. priming coat.
• Once erection & fixing of I section as per design gets over, formwork preparation & fixing gets the start for encasing sections to avoid future corrosion due to the high water table.
• Post encasing of I sections gets over backfilling with available excavated soil & further as 230mm. rubble soling gets started to receive Plain Cement Concrete as a leveling course.
• Once PCC Work gets over cleaning of balance surface & curing gets the start for the next 7 days as per Indian Standards.
